Instructions for The Back Sac

  1. First, Decide where you are going to use your back sac. What area of the body do you wish to be supported, and what surface will you be sitting or lying against?
  2. If you are using your back sac against a firm surface, only 1-2 full breaths of air will be required within the sac to support your body contour.
  3. If you are using your back sac against a softer surface, approximately 3-4 full breaths of air will be required within the sac to support your body contour.
  4. To inflate your back sac, open the velcro opening on the fabric cover and find the inflation valve on the air bladder contained inside. Do not remove the air bladder from the fabric cover to inflate. Lightly pinch the base of the inflation valve while blowing air into it. If you initially have difficulty getting air through the valve, gently pull the pvc apart near the base of the valve.
  5. Begin by blowing 1-2 full breaths of air into the inflation valve.
  6. Place the back sac between the body contour that you wish to support and the surface that you are resting against. (For example, place the back sac between the small of your back and the backrest of your chair or car seat.)
  7. If you do not feel properly supported, then blow one additional full breath at a time into the inflation valve until you are satisfied with the support. (ATTENTION: Very little air is required within the sac to achieve the best support. The product is intended to be used in a mostly deflated state.)
